Melissa N. Cross
Melissa Cross assists clients in a variety of corporate, securities and mergers & acquisitions transactions. Ms. Cross's experience includes drafting acquisition agreements, securities filings, subscription agreements and other general corporate related documents.
Before joining The Reardon Firm in 2011, Ms. Cross spent three and a half years at a large law firm in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Cross graduated order of the coif from William & Mary School of Law in 2006 and summa cum laude from the University of Richmond in 2003. Ms. Cross supervised and participated in the review and analysis of a variety of different applicable contracts for a wide range of public and private companies.
Recent Representative Transactions:
- Represented a large elevator company on its acquisitions of various regional elevator companies.
- Participated in the preparation of an S-11 offering statement for a public REIT.
- Assisted a private equity company in the acquisition of multiple home health companies.
